African Hearts Community Organisation is a grassroots, Christian non-governmental organization dedicated to transforming the lives of vulnerable children and youth in Uganda. Established in 2001, the organization provides essential support through education, rehabilitation, and community-based projects, aiming to empower those living in hardship to build a brighter future.
