About Education Service Commission
Overview
The Education Service Commission (ESC) is a constitutional body in Uganda established under Articles 167(1) and 168(1) of the 1995 Constitution of the Republic of Uganda. It functions as an independent commission with authority and autonomy to manage education service personnel across the country’s public education sector.
