About Korea Foundation for International Healthcare (KOFIH)
Overview
The Korea Foundation for International Healthcare (KOFIH) is a public agency affiliated with the Ministry of Health and Welfare of the Republic of Korea. Established in 2006 to honor the late Dr. Lee Jong-wook, the 6th Director-General of the World Health Organization, KOFIH provides healthcare assistance to developing countries, North Korea, overseas Koreans, and migrant workers. The foundation aims to contribute to the promotion of international cooperation and the realization of humanitarianism through global health projects.
