Overview
The Road Safety Advocacy Coalition Uganda (ROSACU) is a leading national network dedicated to enhancing road safety across Uganda. By uniting diverse civil society organizations, NGOs, and community groups, we advocate for evidence-based policy reforms, safer infrastructure, and improved law enforcement to ensure road safety remains a shared national priority. Our mission is to foster a culture of safety and sustainable mobility, working collaboratively with government agencies and stakeholders to save lives and prevent road crashes.
Mission
To reduce road traffic deaths and injuries in Uganda through policy reform, safer infrastructure, law enforcement, community awareness, and sustainable mobility solutions.
Values
The coalition is committed to collaborative advocacy, evidence-based policy change, and the empowerment of community voices to ensure safer roads for all Ugandans.
