The Department of Operational Support (DOS) is the primary provider of operational support to the United Nations Secretariat, serving nearly 100 entities worldwide. Built on five key pillars—including human resources, supply chain management, operational planning, administrative services, and ICT—the department delivers integrated, efficient, and responsive support to ensure the success of UN missions and operations globally.
