Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain programme schedules in Primavera P6 across multiple disciplines (civil, structural, MEP, architectural).
- Perform critical path analysis, schedule compression studies, and delay analysis. Prepare earned value management (EVM) reports with CPI/SPI tracking and traffic-light dashboards.
- Visit sites to assess progress. Manage contractors and consultants.
- Administer contracts.
- Conduct what-if scenario analysis for procurement sequencing, resource levelling, and logistics planning.
- Produce technical memoranda and briefing documents to international programme management standards.
- Operate within ERPNext for project controls and Google Workspace for document management with AI-augmented workflows.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Person Specifications / Qualifications:
- Domain Background: BSc/BEng in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Architecture from a recognized Kenyan university. We value domain knowledge as the foundation for planning competence.
- Analytical Horsepower: All candidates will undergo rigorous aptitude testing covering abstract reasoning, numerical analysis, and critical thinking. We set the bar high because our international clients' expectations are high.
