Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Key Duties and Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement marketing strategies across all Excelon services.
- Identify target audiences and plan service-specific campaigns.
- Execute activities to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and retain clients.
- Create brochures, case studies, email campaigns, social media content, and thought-leadership materials.
- Translate complex services into clear, client-friendly messaging.
- Manage website content, SEO, and social media channels.
- Monitor engagement and optimize digital campaigns.
- Prepare proposals, service presentations, and marketing collateral for client pitches.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads and cross-sell services.
- Track industry trends, competitor activity, and client feedback.
- Measure campaign effectiveness, generate insights, and recommend improvements.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Person Specifications / Qualifications:
- BA/BSc/HND , Diploma
- Experience 1 - 3 years
- Any formal qualification in HR is an added advantage to better understand client needs in HR-related services.
