Relationship Officers

• Build and manage relationships with the branch's customers, ensuring excellent service
• Onboard new clients and support account opening and product uptake
• Cross-sell the bank's Shariah-compliant products and services to existing customers
• Monitor customer accounts, follow up on service issues and retain clients
• Support the Relationship Manager in growing the branch's portfolio

Qualifications & Experience:

• Relevant qualifications in finance, business or a related field
• At least 1 year of prior experience in a similar role, ideally in banking
