Branch Supervisors

• Supervise daily branch operations, including teller and customer service activities
• Monitor transaction processing, cash management and balancing to ensure accuracy and control
• Ensure compliance with the bank's policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
• Support, coach and guide branch staff on operations and service standards
• Handle escalated customer issues and report branch operations to the Branch Manager

Qualifications & Experience:

• Relevant qualifications in finance, business or a related field
• Experience in banking operations, ideally in a supervisory capacity
