Branch Manager

• Lead the new Mbale branch, driving business growth, deposits and profitability
• Manage branch staff, operations and service delivery to a high standard
• Ensure full compliance with the bank's Shariah-compliant products, policies, risk and regulatory requirements
• Build the branch's presence and customer relationships in the Mbale community
• Monitor branch performance and report to head office management

Qualifications & Experience:

• Relevant qualifications in finance, business or a related field
• Proven management experience in banking, ideally in branch leadership
