Customer Care Executives

• Welcome and assist customers, answering product and service enquiries.
• Handle customer complaints, queries and feedback professionally and escalate issues where required.
• Support customer retention by delivering excellent service at all touchpoints.
• Assist customers in locating products and provide information on promotions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and support front-line service operations.
• Support store teams during peak periods and promotions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of O-Level Certificate (UCE) or equivalent for operational roles; Diploma or relevant qualification for supervisors and data entrants.
• Prior experience in retail, supermarket floor operations or customer service is a strong advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

• High level of integrity, good communication skills and teamwork.
• Readiness to work flexible retail shifts (8 work hours).
