Cold Room Attendants

• Monitor and maintain correct cold room temperatures and storage conditions.
• Receive, sort, store and rotate perishable stock (first in, first out).
• Check product quality and freshness, removing spoiled items.
• Keep the cold room clean, organized and hygienic.
• Maintain stock records and support stock counts.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of O-Level Certificate (UCE) or equivalent for operational roles; Diploma or relevant qualification for supervisors and data entrants.
• Prior experience in retail, supermarket floor operations or customer service is a strong advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

• High level of integrity, good communication skills and teamwork.
• Readiness to work flexible retail shifts (8 work hours).
