Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Meet daily and monthly individual sales targets
- Recommend suitable beauty products and services based on customers' needs, preferences and budgets
- Upsell and cross-sell complementary services, treatment packages and beauty products
- Provide accurate information about services, prices, packages, product benefits and appointment availability
- Report sales performance, customer feedback and emerging sales opportunities
- Support the promotion of salon and spa services through WhatsApp, social media, referrals and other marketing channels
- Identify opportunities to attract new customers and grow the salon's customer base
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- KCSE certificate; a Diploma or Degree is an added advantage
- At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in beauty, salon, spa or retail services
Skills & Competencies:
- Self-driven, passionate and committed with excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication, persuasion and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and social media for sales and promotion
