Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Compute revenues on a timely basis, ensuring correct booking in the accounting system and accurate customer invoicing.
- Ensure that expenses are correctly, accurately, and timely booked in the system with appropriate supporting documentation.
- Maintain accurate Accounts Payable records clearly reflecting balances per vendor at all times.
- Ensure taxes are correctly and accurately captured on all relevant financial transactions.
- Assist in the timely generation of management accounts.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related business field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or book-keeping roles.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, tax computations, and accounts payable processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
