Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Process patient insurance claims and liaise with insurers on settlements
- Maintain accurate accounting records and process day-to-day financial transactions
- Handle eTIMS invoicing and reconciliation
- Support billing, receipts and account reconciliations
- Perform any other accounting duties assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
- Relevant accounting experience; healthcare or insurance experience preferred
- CPA qualification or ongoing CPA studies is an added advantage
Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of eTIMS and insurance claims processes
- Strong accuracy, integrity, organisation and follow-up skills
