Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable operations and billing activities
- Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on overdue payments
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies
- Prepare receivables reports and cash-flow updates
- Develop effective credit and collection procedures
- Coordinate with customers, sales, and finance teams to resolve account issues
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in accounts receivable, credit control, or financial management (5-10 years profile)
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial systems
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Good level of English
