Advertising Sales Executive

Startimes Uganda is hiring an Advertising Sales Executive for its Advertising Department to meet advertising revenue targets for TV channels and sponsorship projects and to pitch to prospective clients.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure advertising revenue targets for TV channels and sponsorship projects are consistently met or exceeded
Conduct persuasive sales pitches to potential clients showcasing the benefits of advertising on the channels
Develop and present compelling proposals that outline advertising opportunities and value
Write accurate sales projections to support strategic planning and decision making

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
A minimum of 2 years of experience in advertising sales or a related field with a proven track record of meeting sales targets

Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation and client management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
