Affluent Relationship Manager

• Provide personal relationship banking service to Affluent customers
• Build one-on-one relationships through proactive contact strategies
• Ensure retention of existing clients by strengthening relationships
• Manage effective query resolution and customer feedback
• Acquire and retain quality business in line with segment strategy
• Provide financial advisory and cross-selling with focus on wealth creation
• Interact with stakeholders to provide seamless banking solutions

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Studies or related field
• At least 5 years' experience as a Business Banker or Relationship Manager
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost control and client financial analysis
• Experience in preparing and motivating Credit applications

Skills & Competencies:

• Significant product knowledge including specialised products and financial structures
• Good knowledge of Affluent Banking value proposition
• Sales planning and reporting skills
• Risk awareness and client retention capabilities
