• Perform data analytics to distill customer intelligence and drive business decisions.
• Design and develop standard Customer Experience (CEX) surveys and reporting formats.
• Analyze CEX survey data, operational diagnostics, and competitor performance to generate management insights.
• Track and report customer advocacy metrics across the organization.
• Support the design, execution, analysis, and communication of customer research and feedback initiatives.
• Conduct CEX change readiness assessments, evaluate results, and present findings to CEX Management.
• Implement controls, sign-offs, and authorizations for all CEX change requests.
• Analyze CEX strategy implementation and reporting on closed-loop feedback actions.
• Manage and promote CEX programs and channels for uniform and timely information dissemination.
• Develop customer insights report specifications and dashboards for leadership review.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Information Technology, Statistics, Business Computing, Commerce, or related field.
• Two to four years of work experience in a customer-facing operations environment.
• Experience with data generation, reporting, management, and analysis.
• Database management experience (SQL, MySQL, Oracle) with proficiency in scripting (T-SQL, R, SAS).

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• High proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to interpret data, write queries, and present actionable findings.
