Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Recruit, train and lead a team of phone sales agents
- Bring on new partner phone shops and keep them selling every week
- Hit weekly sales targets and keep customer repayments on track
- Send daily sales reports to the Head of Sales
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3+ years of field sales experience
- At least 2 years managing a team of 20 or more agents or promoters
- Experience in phone sales, device financing, mobile money or pay-as-you-go products
- Bachelor’s degree
Skills & Competencies:
- Good working relationships with phone shops around Kampala
- Able to move around Kampala every day
