Associate, Client Management

• Collaborate with relationship managers, product sales teams and operations staff to resolve client issues and enhance client service delivery
• Champion the adoption of the Client Management model across Uganda operations, tailored to client segmentation
• Maintain rigorous adherence to agreed service standards, aiming for first-time-right results to reduce rework and errors
• Lead focused initiatives to improve operational efficiency and process harmonisation, leveraging automation for workflow optimisation
• Provide support for credit documentation aligned with corporate and business banking transactions
• Deliver high-quality second-line client support via telephone, email and face-to-face channels
• Assist in risk and compliance management by escalating issues promptly and monitoring remediation plans
• Build working partnerships with Transaction Banking Implementation, Product Management, Relationship Management and Service Hubs

Qualifications & Experience:

• A degree or equivalent qualifications in business, finance, banking or a related field
• Open to fresh graduates
