Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Serve customers at the bar and shop in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle cash payments, give correct change and record all transactions
- Reconcile daily cash takings and maintain accurate sales records
- Keep the bar, shop and seating areas clean, stocked and well presented
- Monitor stock levels and report replenishment needs
- Support set-up and smooth running of local events at the venue
- Address customer questions and concerns promptly and courteously
