Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and assist customers, providing expert product recommendations.
- Meet daily and monthly individual sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations, shade matching, and mini skin consultations.
- Process sales, maintain store cleanliness, display standards, and tester hygiene.
- Monitor stock levels and participate in stock counts and requisitions.
- Submit daily sales and closing reports on time.
- Support in-store events and brand activations.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
- BA/BSc/HND, Diploma, First School Leaving Certificate, or KCSE.
