Branch Manager

• Know the products, their benefits and customer needs, and sell the clear-sight proposition confidently
• Increase brand awareness and notoriety among potential customers in Masaka
• Drive the growth of sales, achieve and surpass branch sales targets
• Engage in business development, gathering market intelligence and insights
• Build, train and lead a united team of Sales Representatives and an Eye Specialist, allocating tasks and running team meetings
• Support the team to hit and surpass targets on vision tests done, cash collected and net promoter score
• Keep branch finances up to date, recording all deposits and purchases
• Ensure excellent stock management and prevent loss and shrinkage
• Prepare finance reports for the management team
• Maintain a clean, presentable shop and uphold customer service standards

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce or a related field
• Minimum 3 to 5 years proven experience in business, retail or branch management
• Demonstrated success in driving sales growth, managing teams and implementing performance-boosting strategies
• Strong background in customer service and business operations
• Proficiency in financial reporting, data analysis and tools such as Excel
