Business Banker

• Provide support with the day-to-day running of SME customers
• Identify opportunities for additional facilities
• Analyse business and financial information to prepare credit applications
• Open and maintain customer accounts
• Apply and submit credit applications and perform verifications
• Follow banking processes, procedures and policies
• Prepare financial statements and perform financial analysis
• Identify risks in the portfolio
• Deliver sales and customer service outcomes against targets

Qualifications & Experience:

• First degree in Business, Commerce, Economics or a related field
• 5–7 years of experience in banking with sales, customer service and business acumen
• Knowledge of credit principles, branch banking processes, procedures, policies and bank products and services
