Future Options is hiring a Business Development Officer to build its client pipeline for training and coaching services. The role is fully virtual, so the successful candidate must work independently, hit performance targets and communicate effectively with corporate clients.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Develop the sales pipeline and identify corporate prospects.
Conduct market research and generate leads.
Arrange client meetings and coordinate sales presentations.
Develop proposals and follow up opportunities to closure.
Develop partnerships and manage key accounts.
Conduct competitor analysis and support pricing decisions.
Track conversion rates and report on pipeline performance.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in marketing.
At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales or client acquisition.
Ability to work independently in a fully virtual set-up and meet performance targets.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong business development, sales and client acquisition skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation and online sales strategies.
Strong proposal writing, presentation and networking skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools.
