Butchery Attendants

• Cut, prepare and package meat products to customer requirements.
• Serve customers professionally and advise on cuts, portions and freshness.
• Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation and food safety standards in the butchery.
• Monitor stock levels, product freshness and rotation of meat stock.
• Maintain accurate records of stock and wastage.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of O-Level Certificate (UCE) or equivalent for operational roles; Diploma or relevant qualification for supervisors and data entrants.
• Prior experience in retail, supermarket floor operations or customer service is a strong advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

• High level of integrity, good communication skills and teamwork.
• Readiness to work flexible retail shifts (8 work hours).
