Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle client cash deposits, withdrawals and repayments accurately at the branch counter
- Verify transaction documents and maintain complete, accurate records of all cash movements
- Reconcile till balances at the start and end of each day and report any discrepancies promptly
- Deliver friendly, professional service to clients and respond to routine account queries
- Support day-to-day branch operations and any other duties assigned by the branch supervisor
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Agriculture, Law, Education, Accounting, Marketing, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Microfinance, Commerce, IT or a related field
Skills & Competencies:
- Highly motivated with relevant skills and training in cash handling
- Strong numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail
- Integrity and reliability in handling client funds
- Good communication and customer service skills
