Chief Executive Officer

• Provide overall strategic leadership and direction to the business, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability and long-term value creation, fully aligned with the Safal Group's vision, mission, objectives, governance standards and regulatory requirements
• Lead the annual business planning process and deliver against agreed strategic and financial objectives
• Own full P&L performance, driving revenue growth, margin management and cost discipline
• Strengthen market leadership across the roofing and building solutions sector
• Foster a high-performance culture and develop talent and succession plans across the business
• Ensure compliance with Group governance standards and regulatory requirements
• Manage stakeholder engagement across the Safal Group, regulators, customers, suppliers and the wider market
• Drive operational excellence across manufacturing, commercial and support functions

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology or a related field
• Postgraduate qualification in Engineering, Business or Management is an added advantage
• 20+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
• At least 10 years in a senior business leadership role with full P&L accountability within a Group or multinational environment
• Proven experience leading businesses with annual revenues exceeding USD 150 million
