Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitise the restaurant, bar, kitchens, washrooms and event spaces.
- Manage waste disposal and keep cleaning supplies stocked.
- Report maintenance faults and safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Support set-up and turnaround of event spaces.
- Follow hygiene standards and safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Carry out deep-cleaning schedules as assigned.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- O-level education or equivalent.
- Prior cleaning experience in hospitality, offices or institutions is an advantage.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends and event days.
Skills & Competencies:
- Reliability and thoroughness.
- Understanding of hygiene and safe chemical use.
- Care with guest property and equipment.
- Teamwork.
