Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve quality coffee bar drinks and light refreshments to customers and VIP guests
- Welcome and host VIP lounge guests, coordinating with VIP Style Consultants and the Store Manager for top-tier client experiences
- Keep the coffee bar and lounge clean, stocked and presentable to the brand's premium standard
- Manage lounge bookings and waiting guests during busy periods
- Support floor teams with staffing during peak times
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 12 months of experience in a cafe, hospitality or customer-facing service role
Skills & Competencies:
- Warm, well-presented and confident with premium clientele
- Coffee preparation/service skills
- Calm, organised and service-first
