Collections Management

• Drive timely collections and keep arrears under control, firmly and fairly.
• Lead the collections team and set daily, weekly and branch targets.
• Monitor PAR 1, 30 and 90 and drive down arrears across the book.
• Design follow-up, restructuring and escalation strategies for overdue clients.
• Coordinate field agents and repossession of financed motorcycles.
• Ensure ethical collection practices that comply with Ugandan law and UMRA guidelines.

Portfolio Risk & Analytics

• Protect the quality of our loan book and flag risks before they grow.
• Track portfolio quality, vintages, roll rates and early-warning signals.
• Review credit policy and scoring, and recommend underwriting improvements.
• Monitor provisioning, write-offs and recovery rates.
• Spot fraud patterns and concentration risk across dealers and branches.
• Report portfolio performance and key risks to management and the Board.

• Experience in credit, collections or risk management in microfinance or asset finance.
• Strong data skills.
• Proven leadership experience.
