Cooks (Preparing staff meals)

• Prepare nutritious staff meals on schedule in a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
• Plan daily menus and manage food portions to minimize waste.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Manage kitchen supplies and flag stock needs.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and store policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of O-Level Certificate (UCE) or equivalent for operational roles; Diploma or relevant qualification for supervisors and data entrants.
• Prior experience in retail, supermarket floor operations or customer service is a strong advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

• High level of integrity, good communication skills and teamwork.
• Readiness to work flexible retail shifts (8 work hours).
