• Track loan repayment schedules and follow up proactively on upcoming or missed payments, negotiating repayment plans to avoid defaults
• Review, assess and process loan applications, ensuring all documentation meets company standards
• Disburse loans and monitor their progress, maintaining accurate records of all loan transactions
• Conduct comprehensive KYC and due-diligence checks to verify loan eligibility and regulatory compliance
• Manage recovery of overdue loans and identify accounts at risk of default to mitigate financial loss
• Attract new customers and maintain strong client relationships to meet acquisition and retention targets
• Educate customers on loan options, repayment schedules and terms
• Identify potential fraud risks or suspicious loan applications
• Document customer interactions, collection efforts and approvals, and generate regular operational reports

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in business, finance or a related field
• Age: below 30 years

• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
• Flexibility to relocate as required
• Strong attention to detail and a target-driven approach
