Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Evaluate and process loan applications across logbook, business, civil servant, and LPO financing
- Conduct credit appraisal and due diligence to assess repayment capacity, borrowed risk, and collateral
- Manage the loan portfolio through disbursement and customer follow-up
- Monitor repayment and recovery of overdue loans
- Maintain accurate loan records and documentation
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Experience in logbook loans, business loans, civil servant loans, LPO financing, or similar lending products
- At least 2 years of experience in credit or lending
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and assessment skills
- Knowledge of credit appraisal and due diligence processes
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and recover loans effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
