Credit Relationship Officer

• Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities
• Market credit products and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Achieve a minimum monthly disbursement target of UGX 150 million
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Assess customers’ credit needs and repayment capacity
• Prepare and follow up credit applications through approval and disbursement
• Monitor loan portfolio performance and repayment
• Conduct follow-ups and collection activities on overdue accounts
• Maintain portfolio quality, with PAR 30, PAR 60, PAR 90 and NPL below 5%
• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, credit policies and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate customer records and submit required reports

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, Microfinance or a related field
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in credit, lending, microfinance, banking or financial services
• Demonstrable experience in customer acquisition, loan appraisal, portfolio management and collections
• Experience working against business and portfolio quality targets is highly desirable
