Customer Care Executive

• Handle multilingual customer inquiries efficiently via various communication channels
• Assist clients in resolving issues related to services offered by the company, ensuring a positive experience
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs and provide accurate information
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for quality improvement
• Contribute to the development of customer service strategies aligned with company objectives

Qualifications & Experience:

• No experience required; roles from entry level upward available (internship position)
• Education level from high school to doctorate

Skills & Competencies:

• Fluency in English, French and Swahili (good level, spoken and written)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to client satisfaction
• Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously with professionalism
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and software
