• Manage customer shipment files from initial order opening to physical delivery and file closure.
• Provide regular status updates to clients and coordinate activities with transport, customs, and warehouse teams.
• Inspect shipping documentation, commercial invoices, and proof of delivery receipts for completeness.
• Maintain operational tracking databases and escalate shipment delays or customs bottlenecks promptly.
• Resolve customer inquiries and collaborate with finance teams to verify billing and invoicing accuracy.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Holds a bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Possesses at least two years of relevant experience in freight forwarding, clearing, or logistics customer service.
• Demonstrates familiarity with logistics management systems such as SPOT, Pegasus, or Way software platforms.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong client communication, problem-solving, and cross-departmental coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and operational shipment tracking databases.
