Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the customer service team in handling customer inquiries across regional service centers
- Help resolve customer issues on products, payments and after-sales service
- Support service center operations, record keeping and customer follow-up
- Learn Sun King's products and customer service standards
- Perform other support duties as assigned
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or degree holder or continuing student in a relevant field (per advert requirements)
- Available for an internship placement at Sun King's regional service centers
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and customer care skills
- Willingness to learn about Sun King's products and systems
- Organized and reliable
- Fluency in languages spoken in the service regions is an advantage
