Deployment Officers

• Build strong knowledge of DRIVE solutions, processes and deployment methodology
• Support local deployment preparation and the prerequisites phase
• Enable and coordinate completion of DRIVE local templates
• Prepare Key User onboarding, training and deployment readiness activities
• Coordinate and animate Key Users during test definition and execution
• Consolidate test plans and ensure business critical scenarios are prioritized
• Identify risks, defects and readiness gaps impacting deployment; ensure test environments (data, access, tools) are ready
• Contribute to Go/No-Go assessment through test and readiness insights
• Adapt and deliver training materials for Key Users and End Users; deliver solution training prior to go-live
• Work closely with Change Relay and Training Coordinator to ensure user readiness and adoption
• Provide Level 2 functional support during hypercare
• Ensure proper usage and prioritization of ticketing tools and escalation to the Central Team (Level 3)
• Enable Key Users to progressively take ownership of local support, and deliver additional training post go-live as needed

Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong understanding of logistics and/or finance business processes (5 years' experience on legacy systems)
• Experience with IT solutions and digital tools; TMS knowledge is a plus
• Proven experience in training delivery and change management
• Project management experience
