Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the Impact Team in designing and implementing monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) frameworks
- Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting for all WASH programs
- Develop and manage the organization's data strategy and systems
- Lead impact evaluations and research to inform program design and improvement
- Build capacity of staff and partners in data collection and MEL practices
- Communicate impact results to donors, partners, and stakeholders
- Manage the Impact Team budget and workplans
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Public Health, Statistics, International Development, or related field
- At least 7 years of experience in MEL, data strategy, or impact evaluation
- Experience in WASH, public health, or international development programs
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
