Driver

• Safely transport staff, visitors, documents, and goods to designated locations in a timely manner
• Maintain the cleanliness and proper functioning of the assigned vehicle
• Conduct routine checks on the vehicle’s condition (oil, water, tire pressure, lights, etc.)
• Ensure all vehicle documents (insurance, inspection, logbook) are valid and up to date
• Maintain accurate vehicle mileage and fuel records in the logbook
• Report any mechanical problems or accidents to the supervisor immediately
• Ensure compliance with all road safety rules and traffic regulations
• Assist in basic administrative duties when not driving, such as messenger services or running office errands
• Handle company property and information with confidentiality and care
• Ensure punctuality and professional conduct at all times

Qualifications & Experience:

• Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE C+) or a College Certificate
• At least 3-5 years’ proven experience as a professional driver, preferably in a corporate or NGO setting
• Valid driving license (Class BCE or as applicable)
• Certificate of Good Conduct, required and up to date
• Added advantage: First Aid training, defensive driving course, basic mechanical knowledge
