Driver (Market Developer)

• Conduct basic market research to identify emerging customer needs and business opportunities
• Analyze competitive landscapes and provide actionable insights for product and market strategies
• Obtain and share customer feedback to improve MPL's product offering
• Identify and generate sales opportunities, building client relationships and achieving sales targets
• Support in pricing, promotions, and distribution of products
• Track key performance metrics (KPIs) to evaluate product success and market penetration
• Collect cash in trade and optimally reconcile with Distributors
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to Movit company policies

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field (Bachelor's Degree is an added advantage)
• Must have a valid Ugandan driving permit
• 1+ years of experience in sales and marketing, or similar role
• Must demonstrate good driving skills with a clean driving record

Skills & Competencies:

• Ability to drive extensively for field assignments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good communication and customer service skills
