Driver

• Provide safe, reliable and professional driving services for DCA staff, visitors and goods
• Safeguard passengers, vehicle contents and DCA property while on duty
• Report accidents, incidents, vehicle damage and other security or safety concerns immediately
• Support transportation and logistics arrangements for trainings, workshops, meetings and other DCA activities
• Assist with loading and offloading of light project materials and goods where required
• Support other reasonable logistics duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum secondary education; a Diploma or Degree is an added advantage
• Valid and clean driving licence - Class BCE (old NTSA classification) or Category B3 and C1, or C as a minimum (new NTSA classification)
• Minimum three (3) years of professional driving experience, preferably with an NGO, humanitarian organisation or similar institution
• Demonstrable experience driving on different roads and in different terrain conditions
• Basic knowledge and practical skills in motor vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting
