Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Spiritual Leadership and Christian Formation
Model Christian values, integrity, professionalism, and servant leadership in all interactions and responsibilities.
Embody a high standard of personal Christian conduct through lifestyle and professional relationships.
Participate actively in school worship programmes, Christian fellowships, devotions, and spiritual formation activities.
Lead or support student devotions, assemblies, and other spiritual growth initiatives as assigned.
Promote and uphold the school’s culture of excellence, integrity, accountability, and transparency.
Integrate biblical principles and Christian worldview into teaching and school life.
Teaching, Learning, and Assessment
Develop comprehensive schemes of work, lesson plans, and instructional materials aligned with the prescribed curriculum and departmental guidelines.
