Ecosystem Coordinator (Maternity Cover)

• Respond to questions asked by actors across ecosystems via phone, internet and other sources; solve issues within your capabilities and escalate others to the right internal team
• Ensure branding has been done correctly at each actor, and provide support where compliance issues are identified
• Coordinate activities with other field teams to ensure work runs smoothly and effectively
• Identify, prevent, respond to, and mitigate any kind of fraud in any ecosystem you work in, flagging and reporting suspicious activity or breaches of the code of conduct and standard operating procedures
• Map and set up new Tiko ecosystems and find and contract all new actors

Qualifications & Experience:

• Currently based in Nyanza (mandatory)
• A degree or relevant working experience in a similar field
• Experience in Mental Health, HIV, and Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH) programming, whether in clinical or program settings
• 3-4 years of working experience in a similar area
• Fluent in English (mandatory)

• Salesforce experience is a plus
• Approachable and works well in a team
