Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Receive and register patients
- Provide nursing care and treatment to patients
- Maintain a clean and healthy environment for patients
- Prepare patients for treatment and assist in medical procedures
- Administer prescribed medicines and treatments
- Educate patients and their attendants on health matters
- Maintain records and prepare reports on nursing activities
- Manage and account for allocated resources
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Must possess an Enrolled Nursing Certificate from a recognised training institution
- Must be registered and licensed with the Uganda Nurses and Midwives Council
