• Build a sound export customer base by recruiting companies, hardwares and other potential customers.
• Develop a visible brand of the company's products in the East African region.
• Assist in logistical arrangements to close sales.
• Achieve set daily, weekly and monthly sales targets across the product range.
• Respond to sales inquiries on products and services.
• Analyse territory and market potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customers.
• Provide feedback on market conditions and carry out market price comparisons.
• Generate timely export field reports for the supervisor.
• Ensure timely customer payments and assist in debt collection where applicable.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years' experience in export sales or regional trade.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proven negotiation skills.
• Problem solving and good interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Swahili and ability to speak French.
