F&B Supervisor

• Supervise daily restaurant and outlet operations
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and handle guest feedback professionally
• Lead, train, coach and motivate F&B team members
• Monitor service standards, outlet setup, cleanliness and compliance with SOPs
• Control costs, breakages, inventory and overtime while meeting budget targets
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements and outlet opening/closing procedures
• Maintain health, safety and hygiene standards

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management or equivalent
• Five (5) years F&B experience in a 5-star hotel, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role within a luxury hospitality environment
• HACCP, Train-the-Trainer or related certifications will be an added advantage
• Experience working with diverse and multicultural teams

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and customer service skills
• Knowledge of Micros POS systems
• Basic financial and cost control knowledge
• Good written & oral communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
