Apex Solaris, one of Uganda’s fastest-growing clean energy brands, is hiring Field Sales Agents in the Busoga region — Iganga, Kaliro, Mayuge and Luuka. The agents will sell PAYGo solar products and smartphones, building trust and relationships within their communities and driving clean energy adoption.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Sell PAYGo solar products and smartphones to households
- Build trust and relationships within the community
- Drive clean energy adoption through customer education
- Meet agreed sales targets and report on activity
- Support customers through onboarding and PAYGo payment setup
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- 1+ year of sales experience (solar, telecom or FMCG is a plus)
- Must be a resident of Iganga, Kaliro, Mayuge or Luuka
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Passion for clean energy and community impact
